Goal: To enable Christians to see through dominant cultural perspectives that perpetuate unhealthy racial attitudes and actions and to communicate cross-culturally in open, authentic dialogue that promotes complete unity in the faith across racial, ethnic, and cultural barriers.
Method: This series is comprised of 6 sessions. Each session will consist of a discussion in a small group of North River members in a safe, trusting environment that promotes openness on racial issues, leading to authentic dialogue.
Participants are asked to:
- Attend all 6 sessions;
- Complete all assignments; and
- Participate in discussions.
